Installing saves time on future installations but makes the perl installation bigger. You can choose if you want to always install (yes), never install (no) or be always asked. Enter a numeric value between 0 and 1 to indicate how often you want to let CPAN.pm try a random host from the urllist. A value of one specifies to always use a random host as the first try.
