<h4>PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSIONS</h4>

<span class="item-name">Children who complete 3 years and 4 years in July is eligible for
admission to LKG and UKG respectively.

<span class="item-name">For admission in the I Std, a pupil must have completed 5 years and one
year to be added for every additional classes.

<span class="item-name">Children from other schools will be admitted on production of the T.C.
Transfer Certificates from other states should bear the counter signature
of the Inspecting Officers of the concerned states.

<span class="item-name">Birth Certificate and Community Certificate of the child should be
produced at the time of admission from the competent Authorities.
Note: Admission fee once paid will not be returned.

<h4>PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWALS</h4>

<span class="item-name">A Week's notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of a pupil from
the school.

<span class="item-name">The Transfer Certificate shall be given to only those have settled all their
dues.
</span>

<span class="item-name">The Transfer Certificate must be applied for and taken in person by the
Parent /Guardian. All expenses in connection with the attestation from
the Department of Education or dispatching of the Certificate of
Registered Post to the applicant of necessary must be pre-paid by the
applicant.

<span class="item-name">The Transfer Certificate or any other certificate or testimonial will be
given free of charge of taken immediately when leaving. Otherwise a
search fee of Rs.50/- will be charged and Rs.25/- will be charged for any
extract from the School record.

<span class="item-name">The withdrawals of students should take place before 1" May of every
year. If a student withdraws from the school after 1" May, he must pay the
first term fees. If he withdraws in the middle of a term, fees have to be
paid for the full year including the bus fees.

<span class="item-name">The students of Std X and XIl are expected to collect their original mark
sheets and Transfer Certificates within a week from the publication of
the results. The school will not be responsible for the loss of
any documents if they are not collected on time.
